The Human Resources Generalist is responsible for the attraction, retention and development of the company's human resources greatest asset, our people. Reporting to the Human Resource Manager, this position is responsible for the following:. Complete Recruitment cycle from preparing job descriptions, placing postings, interviewing, assisting with selection of candidates, and finalizing offers.. Maintain a database of current manpower and allocate the manpower as jobs require. Identification and scheduling of required training and pre-job preparation (ie.
