Responsibilities: Working with a team to create strong foundations for the homes we construct. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and on time. Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. Expertise in erecting and dismantling concrete forming systems for residential construction. Play a crucial role in the safe erection and dismantling of scaffolding, ensuring the safety of our team and site personnel.
