About ODL & Position Necessity: At ODL, we manufacture building products using heavy industrial machinery, automated assembly systems, and specialized metal framing components. To ensure continuous plant safety, repair structural components, and fabricate custom heavy-duty brackets, frames, and machine guards essential to our manufacturing operations, we require a full-time, dedicated *Welder*. This position is urgently necessary to our production infrastructure to minimize equipment downtime and maintain our in-house metal fabrication requirements. Key Responsibilities: · Read and interpret complex blueprints, engineering drawings, and precise welding symbols for internal plant structures and machinery frames.. · Operate advanced MIG and TIG welding equipment to fabricate and repair specialized metal components, frames, and safety fixtures used across our production lines.. · Inspect industrial structures, material handling equipment, and metal machinery parts to ensure strict safety
