Super Save Group is looking to hire a full-time welder to join our team. This position does not require a welding certification, but prior experience is required. Please note: This position requires the successful candidate to reside in Kamloops BC. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints or welding process specifications.. Repair worn or damaged parts of our company bins and construction fencing.. Testing the weld for cracks, defects, or porosity.. Cleaning and maintaining welding equipment.. Liaising with teams and supervisors to get equipment and material back in service in time to meet company needs.. Promptly report any incidents and complete all necessary documentation in accordance with company policies and procedures.. Adhere to company Health and Safety Program standards and follow all safe operating practices. What you bring: At least 6+ months of MIG welding experience is required.. Necessary skills to prepare surfaces by cleaning, grinding, and cutting
