Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Train staff. Ensure products and work methods maximize safety, productivity and comfort. Provide pick up and delivery services on request Transportation/travel information: Willing to travel overnight. Valid driver's licence Personal suitability: Organized. Team player
