Quolus Construction is currently seeking: Skilled Carpenters with at least 3 years of hands-on experience, specifically within multi-residential construction (townhomes, wood-frame, or high-rise). Core Duties include: Tools & Equipment: Use of hammers, nailers, tape measures, squares, power tools, lasers, and laser levels.. Materials: Identify material types, cut and shape, join and install, and complete material take-offs.. Framing: Construct rough openings, beams and headers, joists and point loads, frame checks, and back-framing.. Concrete Forms: Basic layout and form building..
