Being a maintenance worker at CSSMB means ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and good condition of the places where hundreds of students learn and grow every day. Responsibilities Perform cleaning and maintenance work on buildings, grounds, and equipment;Handle and transport goods, furniture, and other items;Use various equipment (e.g., Zamboni, auto-scrubber, etc.);Ensure to clean and disinfect frequently used surfaces several times a day;Monitor the proper functioning of lighting, heating, and ventilation systems;Occasionally replace light bulbs and fluorescent tubes or perform minor repairs;Any other related tasks.
