MetCap Living is seeking a Resident Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a residential property in North York. The Resident Manager is responsible for maintaining the property to the highest standards, providing exceptional resident service, coordinating maintenance and contractors, supporting leasing and collections activities, and ensuring the effective administration and operation of the building. The Resident Manager must be hands-on, highly organized, customer-service oriented and capable of working independently while maintaining regular communication with the Property Manager.
