DUTIES: Seeking line cook with experience to join our team with potential movement within department to hold other duties besides the line cook and kitchen protocols. TBD.. Prepare and cook food items according to recipes with quality standards. assist with food preparation tasks. set up stations with all necessary supplies. ensure food is stored properly and at the correct temperatures. follow proper food handling and saftey procedures. clean and maintain work areas, equipment and dish. collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and efficient service. clean kitchen and prepare foods in down times REQUIRMENTS: must be able to make home-made soups without guidence. food safe a must. previous experience as a line cook/prep cook. be able to work independently in a fast paced enviroment. multi tasking without supervision. experienced making soups and following in house recipes. strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team. ensure meals are prepared in a timely
