Lead Hand - Carpenter: Overview: The Lead Hand Carpenter (LHC) is a critical role in supporting the Site Superintendent to ensure successful project execution. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and adaptability. The LHC is responsible for overseeing and executing carpentry work on residential and/or commercial construction projects as assigned. This role involves assisting the Site Superintendent with work as assigned and leading a team of Trade Partners and laborers, ensuring quality craftsmanship, maintaining safety standards, and keeping project site work on schedule, within budget, and of the highest quality standards. The LHC works closely with Site Superintendents, Project Managers, Pretium Executive Leadership, and Trade Partners to coordinate tasks and problem-solve on-site challenges.
