Full-Time Baker: We're a small, family-owned scratch bakery looking for a full-time baker to join our team.. We're looking for someone with baking experience who takes pride in their work, is organized, and can manage their time well in a busy kitchen. *Cake decorating experience is required.*. The position. Full-time, 32?40 hours per week. 6:00 AM start. Baking and preparing products from scratch. Cake decorating and finishing. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
