Penguin HVAC is looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Apprentice who wants to continue developing their sheet metal skills while learning the refrigeration and HVAC side of the trade.. This is not a position where you'll spend every day installing ductwork on large construction sites.. Approximately 50% of the role will involve sheet metal and ductwork, including residential and light-commercial HVAC installations, renovations, equipment changeouts, custom transitions, plenums and fittings.. The other 50% will be hands-on HVAC training, working alongside experienced refrigeration technicians on heat pumps, air conditioners, air handlers, HRVs/ERVs, controls, commissioning and service work.
