We are looking for a casual/part-time Senior HR Consultant to join our growing team. This role is primarily remote, with some in-person meetings or projects. Calgary-based applicants will be given priority due to occasional client meetings and events.The Role Client Strategy & Executive Advisory Serve as the senior strategic HR advisor for multiple clients, building trusted relationships with business owners, executives, and boards. Act as a fractional HR Director or executive HR partner, aligning people strategies with business objectives. Provide strategic guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, talent strategy, culture, leadership development, and change management.
