Project Coordinator/Estimator: A well-established residential custom home builder in the Greater Victoria area is growing their team and looking for a Project Coordinator/Estimator to join them. They are well known for building high-quality, modern, West Coast-inspired, energy-efficient custom homes, and are looking for someone who shares their values of transparency, trust and exquisite client care. This role blends project coordination with estimating. You'll work closely with the Project Management team to support planning and execution across active projects, while also taking ownership of cost estimating and bid preparation for upcoming work.
