Job Description Job Description Thinkpath Engineering Services is looking for a CAD Designer to fill a contract-to-direct hire position located in Brantford, ON. This will be a 6 month contract and then will go direct with our client. Job Description As a member of the engineering team, you will use Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD to convert, create, and update mechanical models and production drawings. Your primary focus will be bringing existing documentation up to date, incorporating approved changes, and ensuring drawings accurately reflect current product configurations and applicable drafting standards. This role suits someone who is detail-oriented, asks thoughtful questions, and investigates historical drawings and revisions to understand design intent. You will prepare documentation for review by a senior engineer and collaborate with engineering and manufacturing colleagues.
