What You'll Do Warmly welcome clients, assist with purchases, book appointments, and answer general therapy inquiries Answer phone calls and faxes, route correspondence and inquiries to the right associates, and manage supply requisitions and other office duties Bill insurance providers and government agencies, and maintain accurate records of submissions and payments to minimize accounts receivable Follow patient charting
