JOB SUMMARY: Under the management of Clinical Nutrition Services in collaboration with management of the Diabetes Clinic, the incumbent ensures that a patient-centred approach is employed, including the provision of a range of clinical nutrition and certified diabetes educator services aimed at meeting outpatients' needs. As a registered dietician and diabetes educator the incumbent will be responsible for completing diabetes management and nutritional needs assessments.
