Job Overview: Responsibilities: Managing Staff. Counting product inventory accurately. Deliver friendly and efficient customer service at all times.. Operate a Gateway POS or Micros POS systems for efficient order processing and cash handling accurately.. Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.. Maintain cleanliness and organization in in all areas of the workplace ( front and back). Enforce health, safety, and food-handling and sanitation guidelines consistently.. Prepare and serv food and beverages according to company standards.. Work both independently and as part of a team to meet service goals, Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours.. Re-stocking and ensuring inventory is well-managed..
