Job Description Job Description Job Summary The role of an intermediate architectural designer involves working directly with designers, technologists, CAD managers, architects, manufacturers, suppliers and engineers to successfully deliver design and construction of building and facilities. They produce architectural deliverables during conceptual design, detailed design, construction documentation and support construction administration activities. They require moderate supervision and guidance from senior staff. Key Responsibilities ? Produce deliverables to illustrate conceptual, schematic and detailed design including massing models, diagrams and sketches. ? Produce diagrams, isometrics and sketches of building components intended for design brief reports, presentation material, brochures, etc. ? Produce architectural construction drawing sets. ? Coordinate their work with other disciplines and input with the architectural work receiving direction from senior architectural staff.
