Job Overview: Economy Paving is seeking dependable, hardworking Construction Labourers to join our field team. This position supports commercial and civil development projects, with work focused on excavation and earthworks, asphalt paving, and subgrade preparation.. Responsibilities. Assist with excavation, grading, backfilling, compaction, and site preparation.. Support paving crews with asphalt placement, raking, shovelling, and cleanup.. Prepare subgrade by removing unsuitable material, placing aggregate, and assisting with final grading.. Operate hand tools, compactors, pumps, and other small equipment.. Install construction signs, barricades, and traffic-control devices as required.. Perform equipment checks and keep work areas clean and organized..
