Job Description Job Description As a member of Haskins' accounting team, you will be providing support in a wide range of finance, accounting, and human resources functions. The successful candidate will be a highly motivated team player who is detail oriented and can meet the demands of a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude. This position provides room to grow and expand on job responsibilities. Responsibilities may include: Responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts payable. Including maintaining vendor accounts, processing of supplier invoices and payments. Responsible for the day-to-day management of accounts receivable. Including maintaining customer accounts, cash receipts, collections, and some invoicing. Collaborate with other departments as needed to resolve any accounts payable or receivable issues. Perform weekly and monthly bank reconciliations - reconciliation of the bank statement against the GL and reconciliation of any assigned cle
