Outdoors Work setting: Various locations Tasks: Interpret blueprints or other instructions to plan methods or sequences of operation. Trim trees to achieve the desired pruning objective such as crown cleaning, thinning, raising, reduction, restoration, espalier pruning, vista pruning. Manage landscaping projects. Water and tend to plants, lawns and/or gardens. Apply various treatments such as pruning, spraying, repairing damaged areas and injecting with treatment solutions. Examine trees and shrubs to diagnose problems and disease. Plan and co-ordinate the growth and use of plants for landscaping, ornamental uses and other purposes.
