Job Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Safety Officer to champion safety protocols across construction sites. Duties: Conduct regular safety inspections of construction sites to identify hazards and enforce safety standards. Develop, implement, and monitor site-specific safety plans in collaboration with project management. Ensure all workers are trained on safety procedures and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE). Investigate incidents and accidents thoroughly, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
