About the Role: Thrive at Home Care is seeking a compassionate, reliable, and skilled Home Health Aide to support a client in their home. This role involves a consistent schedule. Responsibilities: Assist with morning routine (bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene). Assist with meal prep. Light housekeeping related to care needs. Companionship and supervision during downtime. Maintain clear communication with the client and owner. Follow safety protocols and client preferences Qualifications: Certified Health Care Aide required. Training in safe client handling and transfers. CPR/First Aid (or willingness to update). Clear Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector. Class 5 drivers license and clean drivers abstract. Reliability, professionalism, excellent communication Schedule & Availability: 8 hours per day (Mondays to Fridays). Consistent weekly schedule.
