Definition of work: The Nursing Education Coordinator II has a duel reporting structure to the Nurse Manager of ICU and the Nurse Manager of ER. The Educator is responsible for utilizing best practice and national standards of practice to develop, coordinate, and implement orientation for new staff and ongoing education for current staff while acting as a clinical resource for other partners of the health care delivery team.
