Duties: Assist the head chef in overseeing the kitchen operations. Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards. Ensure food presentation is appealing and meets quality standards. Supervise and train kitchen staff in proper food preparation techniques. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed. Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. Collaborate with the head chef to create new menu items and specials.
