Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures. Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage. Enforce policies and procedures Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: First Aid Certificate.
