The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative role in a law firm.. The Family Law Disclosure & Filing Clerk will support lawyers and law clerks in the preparation, organization, completion, service, and filing of family law court documents, with a particular focus on financial disclosure and document management. Key duties and responsibilities include: Collecting, reviewing, organizing, and maintaining client financial disclosure, including income tax returns, Notices of Assessment and Reassessment, pay statements, employment records, bank statements, investment statements, pension information, corporate records, credit card statements, mortgage statements, property documents, and other financial records.. Reviewing client disclosure packages to identify missing documents, incomplete periods, inconsistencies, and outstanding informa
