We're growing our team and looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional to help expand our broker network and lending volume. The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to build and strengthen relationships with mortgage brokers, agents, and referral partners across Ontario. This is a hybrid role — you'll split your time working from home and out in the field meeting partners face-to-face. We're looking for someone who thrives with autonomy, takes initiative, and knows how to drive deal flow in the private lending space. What You'll Do: Develop and grow relationships with mortgage brokers, agents, and referral sources across Ontario. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase lending volume. Represent LendHub at industry events, broker meetings, and networking functions.
