_*Position Overview:*_. ACQBUILT is seeking a Draftsperson. As a member of the Drafting Department, the Draftsperson is responsible for interpreting architectural designs and drawings and converting them into production drawings.. _*Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:*_. · Design and prepare production drawings for all structures with an emphasis on value engineering in preparation for the manufacturing process.. · Operate computer assisted design software (SEMA) to produce detailed production drawings, specification sheets, material lists and machine data for CNC-production lines.. · Maintain existing models to comply with new software releases and changes in standard procedures or solutions, changes to specs and errors or omissions.. · Peer review of new models and drawings with regards to manufacturing restrictions, specification, design optimization and errors or omissions.. · Coordinate with architectural drafters, floor and roof truss designers, production department
