Food Service Supervisor

Location: La Ronge, Saskatchewan

Salary: 16.50 per hour

Supervise restaurant staff and prepare schedule and assign restaurant duties o Ensure inventory level are checked and order supplies which are required for daily operations o Engage in assigning restaurant shifts and motivating staff o Ensure equipment at restaurant is in working order and issue maintenance orders if required. o Assist training of new staff and ensure compliance with requirements of Saskatchewan health o Ensure health and safety standards as per Saskatchewan Food Safety Health Guidelines
