Dietary Aide

Salary: $18.30 hourly

Part Time Dietary Aide: Reports to: Food Service Manager: Qualifications: Safe Food Handling Certificate (asset). Experience in quantity food service (asset). Familiar with HACCP, WHMIS and Occupational Health and Safety. Ensure sanitation regulations pertaining to food preparation and handling are followed. Excellent command of the English language, both written and verbal.. Be able to communicate effectively with residents and staff.. Be able to follow through on a job from start to finish, troubleshoot, prioritize and work both independently and as part of a team.. Previous experience working with seniors, preferably in a retirement residence or long term care setting (asset). Previous food service experience an asset.
