ABOUT THIS ROLE: At Debonair, we are currently looking for a talented retail professional to join our team! As the Team Lead you will be an expert in Debonair styles, design, quality, and service that set us apart. You will provide mentor-ship to other sales associates and drive business by providing exceptional customer experience to all clients while also supporting the overall operational needs of our working formal wear warehouse.. Provide consistent personalized service to every customer to meet their individual needs. Reach and exceed all metric based sales goals, including appointment numbers and sales targets. Maintain production schedules keeping on top of orders, stock, and deliveries.. Build strong, lasting relationships on behalf of Debonair Formal Wear with high value customers in the lower mainland to increase future client base. Maintain a positive, respectful, professional work environment. Ensure front and black of house areas are maintained and organized.. Provide fee
