We're looking for a hands-on Kitchen Supervisor who can lead with confidence, jump in wherever needed, and help create the fast-paced, welcoming atmosphere our guests have come to expect.. This position is ideal for someone with previous restaurant leadership experience who is comfortable working both front and back of house while supporting daily operations. Responsibilities: Open and/or close the restaurant independently. Lead and support staff during busy service periods. Manage breaks and shift flow. Handle cash, tills and daily washouts accurately. Provide Excellent customer service and resolve guests concerns professionally. Support kitchen and front counter operations as needed.
