Salary: $46.00 to $57.00 hourly (to be negotiated)

Languages: English Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years Experience: No experience (will train) Work setting: Dental practice Tasks: Conduct initial dental assessments. Consult with dentists on patient care. Take dental impressions. Instruct patients regarding oral hygiene. Clean and stimulate the gums to prevent gum disease. Apply fluoride treatment. Remove stains and deposits from teeth. Take, develop and mount X-rays Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Dental Hygienists Licensure by the appropriate provincial or territorial governing body Security and safety: Immunization records Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks.
