Evening Cook you will be an important member of a a team that strives to meet the high standards our clientele expects, each and every shift. Your Job: -Responsible for preparing food to menu specifications -controlling food waste in your section -report directly to executive chef -will work multiple sections, from a la carte to tasting menus -maintaining a clean and organized working environment You: -have a passion for culinary arts -have a minimum of two years experience in a professional kitchen at a similar capacity -are punctual and have a reliable mode of transportation -have a team oriented work mentality but are also self driven We commit to giving you training, feedback and the tools to succeed. it is up to you to achieve your highest performance. compensation will be based on experience and merit, applications may require a working interview to determine wage and position. we look forward to meeting you and welcoming you to the team Job Type: Permanent Job Type: Permanent Pa
