Salary: $21.50 to $23.50 hourly

JOB PURPOSE: To ensure materials and related inventory equipment are used and transported effectively to ensure completion of quality parts for our customers. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Support Scheduled production changeovers through careful preparation of material readiness. Dryer readiness checks, Blend material accuracy, regrind management.. Preparation of both dryers and hoppers.. Supply material & facilitate color changes in accordance with scheduled guidelines.. Colorant, regrind, grinder area management and 6S disciplines.. Ensuring the cleanliness of machines (hoppers, dryers etc.) to prepare equipment for contamination free changes.. Pellet free environment.. Effective labelling of all visual management containers (Bins/Grinders/Purge/Gaylords/Pails etc.). Raw Material Inventory Team Member — mandatory attendance.. 6S organization and visual management including the breakdown of gaylords and placement on skids for effective disposal..
