Bella Terra Vineyards is looking for an organized, hands-on *Logistics Manager* to oversee the day-to-day movement of wine and supplies from our warehouse to customers, retail locations, restaurants, licensees, and other destinations.This is a key operational role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in accuracy and organization, and can effectively coordinate people, inventory, orders, deliveries, and shipping partners.Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Logistics Manager will supervise a small logistics team and work closely with our Retail, Wine Club, Sales, and Accounting teams to ensure orders are processed accurately and delivered on time. Key ResponsibilitiesShipping & Order Fulfillment: Organize and coordinate *LCBO pickups and orders*.. Manage wholesale shipments to restaurants, the LCBO, out-of-province customers, and export markets.. Coordinate with freight forwarders, buyers, agents, couriers, and other shipping partners.. Respond
