1. 1year sales experience in Travel industry would be an asset .. 2. Fluent in spoken and written English. Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is a strong asset.. 3. Strong communication skills and market awareness.. 4. Exceptional customer service skills.. 5. Proficiency working with Excel.. 6. Communications. Ongoing communications with guide and operations management team - Creating Trip manifests (Guest Details). 7. Office Management. Proficiency with Gmail, Google Docs and Google Calendar etc..
