Salary: $60,000.00 to $70,000.00 annually

POSITION OVERVIEW: This is a hands-on, in-house role designed to bring marketing closer to IMS's customers, products, sales team and shop-floor operations. The successful candidate will develop a strong working knowledge of IMS's products, equipment capabilities, customer applications and target industries, and translate that knowledge into practical sales tools, campaigns, content and digital experiences that help generate demand and support the sales process.. The role requires someone who can operate at both a planning and execution level: identifying marketing priorities with leadership and Sales, while also personally producing content, managing campaigns, developing collateral, maintaining digital channels and measuring results. REPORTING STRUCTURE: Reports to: General Manager, with close functional alignment with Sales & Marketing Manager. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Marketing Planning & Execution: Develop and maintain an annual and quarterly marketing plan aligned with IMS business
