Location: Regina, Saskatchewan

Salary: Depending on experience, start rate $24.00/hr

Duties: - Perform general office duties- Book truck loads by contacting customers and using online software- Keep track of shipments and ensure products and goods are picked up and delivered on-time- Schedule pickup and delivery appointments- Dispatch drivers according to schedules and work orders- Coordinate the activities of the drivers using proper communication- Use of trucking software- Repetitive tasks Skills and Abilities:- Judgment skills and the ability to make decisions- Strong communication skills, especially on emails- Ability to work in fast paced environment- Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat- Criminal record check- Attention to detail- Client focus- Flexible- Organized- Reliable- Team player Benefits:- Health benefits- Paid overtime - Paid vacation- Paid sick leave- Parking available
