Rooted Connections is pleased to offer a flexible and meaningful Youth Mentor Coordinator opportunity within our well-established Youth Mentor Program. We are looking for someone who is organized, compassionate, energetic, and enjoys building relationships. The Program is relationship-focused, recreational in nature, and strengths-based. We work with youth between the ages of 618 who may experience significant isolation & instability in their lives. Youth are referred to the program through the Ministry of Social Services. Our goal is to build positive, supportive relationships that help youth feel connected, valued, & engaged in their community. About the Position: This is a part-time position of 21-25 hours per week. The schedule is flexible and will vary based on program needs. As Mentors generally work evenings/weekends, some evening/weekend availability will be needed for mentor support & activities.
