Mercato di Luigi (Chinatown location - 213 E Georgia) is seeking Cooks to join the team! Our location features an Italian market, deli, and café by day, transforming into a full-service restaurant by night (Cantina di Luigi, inspired by our very own Ask for Luigi), celebrating the essence of Italian cuisine with a focus on simplicity and fresh local ingredients. You have: 1+ year of Line Cook experience in a similar role. Prep experience and strong knife skills. Experience with Italian cuisine is an asset. A positive attitude and team-oriented outlook. A desire to learn. Ability to work quickly and efficiently while multi-tasking and maintaining high food standards. An understanding of First In ?
