Languages: English Education: Bachelor's degree Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks: Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Organize planting, cultivating and crop harvesting activities. Train trees to produce more fruit of higher quality. Manage overall operation of farm. Establish marketing programs. Maintain financial and production records. Perform general farm duties. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan and maintain production schedules.
