We are looking for a reliable, common-sense individual to help look after a well-maintained apartment building. This is a straightforward role, you'll be the "go-to" person for keeping the property running smoothly and helping us find great new neighbors when a unit becomes available. What You'll Be Doing: *Light Maintenance*. *Unit Turnovers:* Giving apartments a quick refresh between tenants so they're move-in ready.. *Showing Units:* Meeting with potential renters to show available apartments and handing out basic applications.. *Leasing and Rent Collection:* Processing rental applications, preparing lease agreements, and collecting monthly rent from tenants.. *Property Oversight:* Keeping an eye on common areas (hallways, laundry room, etc.) to ensure everything is tidy and secure.
