As a Mechanical Test Engineer at Zaber, you will develop innovative test systems for analyzing the performance of our precision motion control products. This is a good opportunity to learn mechanical design, instrumentation, and programming in the context of helping to build and sell better products. As a collaborative member of our team, you will perform tests on a variety of electromechanical devices, which involve setting up and running test equipment, writing automated test scripts, and analyzing results. You?ll gain experience working with a wide range of equipment, by running everything from nanometer scale accuracy on our laser interferometer to half-ton thrust in our warehouse space. You will work on projects that will help to expand our measurement capabilities as we push into industrial markets and build more complex multi-axis systems.
