Responsibilities Reporting to the Manager of Engineering, the Asset Management Coordinator will oversee the Town's Asset Management Program, including maintenance of the Town's Asset Management Plan and Policy. The incumbent will maintain the Town's Capital Asset Inventory, including developing data collection, asset maintenance, and condition assessment programs, and develop and maintain the Town's Asset GIS model. The Asset Management Coordinator will use the Town's Asset Model and Inventory to provide input to Management regarding long term strategic capital planning. Qualifications? Bachelor's Degree in related field (Commerce, Economics, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or related field);? Three (3) years' relevant experience;? Class 5 Driver's License is required;?
