For nearly 40 years, Cambridge Pro Fab has been a family-owned Canadian leader in large, complex custom steel fabrication for the power-generation industry. Our work includes large steel ducting and custom-fabricated components used in power plants, scrubbers, baghouses and other major industrial projects across North America.. This is not light or repetitive production welding. Our projects are custom, drawing-driven fabrications that require strong fitting, welding, blueprint-reading and problem-solving skills.. We are looking for an experienced shop-floor leader who understands the work, recognizes problems before they affect production, knows how to implement performance development plans and effectively leads skilled tradespeople with fairness, accountability and respect..
