POSITION TITLE: TRC Case Manager: *ACCOUNTABILITY:* Reports to TRC Executive Director. *HOURS:* 37.5 hours per week POSITION SUMMARY: This position will assist coordinating community-based services for youth without secure housing. Responsibilities include assisting with securing or maintaining housing for clients, promoting and assisting with school attachment during clients housing crisis, maintaining a good relationship with other community agencies and referral sources, remaining informed and involved in community and government housing networks/supports (BNL, CCH, etc.), providing brief family mediation as appropriate to secure clients housing, facilitating access to community services, crisis counselling, advocacy, case. management and inter-agency coordination.
