They play a key role in developing, implementing and optimizing recruitment strategies aimed at attracting and selecting management staff at all levels of the organization. They serve as a strategic advisor to the organization to ensure alignment between current and future needs, organizational objectives and staffing initiatives, against a backdrop of labour shortages and the organization's constantly changing needs.REQUIREMENTS: University degree in marketing or business administration; Master's degree in
